Loved the empanadas. This food truck serves food cooked in the traditional style of the Eastern Venezuela region. Although the empanadas are oil-fried, which is not what typically go for, they were so fresh that I felt great after eating three big ones (although two was plenty if food). I highly recommend Margarita Bistro, and plan to return asap. Keep in mind that they have two locations with different hours. If in doubt check their instagram page for details. This is my first time here. I came with my parents and we had empanadas of Beef, Cazón, Cazón with plantain and Cheese with plantain and they were all delicious. Typical Margarita,s empanadas. We hade passion fruit juice and Papelón con Limón and they were delicious too. The service is amazing. I will definitely come again. Thank you very much guys, you made us feel at home💕💕💕

Congratulations to these entrepreneurs! I have nothing bad to say! The empanadas were delicious. When we went, several options were already sold out, but I was lucky enough to try the shrimp, beef, chicken, cheese, and cheese with ham ones!

Very authentic and delicious Venezuelan empanadas. They are all so good so you don’t have to worry about thinking which one will taste better. Highly recommended

The empanadas are absolutely amazing, just like those from Pampatar or Porlamar—the people are so nice, and the place is wonderful!
