Off the beaten path in an industrial area, but don't be fooled. This is legit Venezuelan empanadas made like "back home", according to my husband (and he's picky). The emapanads are the perfect temperature, not greasy or soggy, have generous filling, and the service is lightening fast. It's our new go-to for empanadas. It's worth it, even if it means you have to go out of your way. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

My 2nd time here and very nice place. The lady is very friendly and smiles. Between my little Spanish and her English we have a great conversation in a proper menu order. Food is amazing and alot people pass by before work

Pabellón was SO tasty. Strong recommendation. The owner was also sweet and friendly. Note that this is a food truck in an industrial area. There’s seating and several other trucks and porta potties for bathrooms.

First time trying empanada factory and they did not disappoint! I love the fact that their empanadas are crunchy, filled and masa is thin. I had the empanada de pollo and carne molida. Will be coming back !

Go-to place for empanadas and coffee! Great service. The owners are awesome people and have superb customer service. Their empanadas are golden and crispy with delicious fillings. Must have: fish 🐟
