One of my best restaurants in town❤️ I’ve been their client since they had the food truck and the experience just got better. The service is amazing. They are always so sweet and willing to help. It even feels like home. Thank you so much for the team to make us feel like home❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely love the food. Stopped here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. I tried so many new things and nothing disappointed. Definitely have to check out the Cachapa w/ or w/o meat. The Shwarma good. It’s small but with such a family atmosphere.

That was one of the best beef shawarmas ive had in Jax! Staff super nice!! High recommend! The wrap was fat and delicious and extra garlic yum!!!

Hello Shawarma Express team, I am writing to share a very disappointing experience that occurred tonight, December 21, at approximately 9:40 PM. According to your Google listing, your Jacksonville location is open until 11:00 PM on Sundays. Based on that information, my wife, my baby, and I drove from St. Johns County specifically to eat at your restaurant. When we arrived, the doors were locked. While standing outside, we could clearly see staff inside waving at us and laughing, fully aware that customers were present. No one came to the door to explain that you had closed early or to apologize for the inconvenience. We were simply ignored. This left us embarrassed, frustrated, and forced to leave with no food after a long drive late at night with a child. I have eaten at your restaurant many times in the past and never experienced anything like this. The issue is not only the incorrect hours listed online, but the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism from the staff. If your hours have changed, they should be updated immediately. More importantly, customers should never be treated this way. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. I would appreciate a response from management and believe a complimentary meal is a fair way to make up for this experience. Otherwise, this incident reflects very poorly on customer service standards. I look forward to hearing back from you.
