After a long flight to Orlando, we were starving and searched on Google Maps for Venezuelan food nearby. That’s how we found Acascuisine. The reviews were all positive, except for one that said: “The flavor was excellent, but I think it’s expensive to pay $40 for two burgers and a Nestea.” Honestly, that comment convinced us even more to try it. First, because it still admitted the flavor was excellent, and second, because if the only “bad” thing was paying $40 for tasty food, then it was definitely worth the risk. And I’m so glad we followed our instincts! From the moment we arrived, not only did we eat incredibly well, but we also enjoyed the warm attention of the owner, Carlos, who personally explained the quality of his ingredients, his cooking process, and his passion for serving exquisite dishes from his two food trucks. We were impressed. We ordered a burger with carne en vara and an arepa filled with carne en vara, shredded yellow cheese, and fried cheese. The result? An explosion of divine flavors in every bite. Next time we’re back in Orlando, there’s no doubt we’ll return to Acascuisine. Everything was simply delicious!
