Last week I visited San Antonio with my wife and we were looking for a place to eat. After scrolling through Google Maps, this one caught my eye because of its photos and amazing reviews. The food looked incredible, and that’s what drew us in. But what truly made us want to come back wasn’t just how good the food was, it was meeting Jose and his family. They are dedicated business owners who genuinely care about the food they serve and the guests they welcome. It was such a pleasure talking with him and his family; they are as authentic as the food they serve. My only regret is not being there on the weekend, because that’s when they make those unbelievable platters with different assortments of fire-grilled meats. Even without trying those, everything we did taste was absolutely delicious. We had fried arepas, fried yuca, sweet plantains on the side, plus a cachapa and some pork—just incredible. If you’re looking for a true taste of Venezuelan hospitality, don’t hesitate to go here! Ps: sorry we did not took pictures, but it looked (and was) too good to wait 😂

Had a great experience here. Our waitress, Isabella, was incredibly sweet, helpful, and very attentive, she answered all of our questions and made us feel well taken care of. The food was delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection, honestly better than many steakhouses I’ve been to. I also loved the authenticity of the place, especially seeing the meat being cooked over an open flame as you walk in. Highly recommend.

Amazing food and flavor! Llaneros Grill blew me away — the meat was absolutely perfect: tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor. The mixed grill with yuca, tostones, and cheese was incredible, and the tequeños were golden and delicious. Every bite tasted homemade and authentic. The service was friendly and fast, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best Venezuelan grills in San Antonio!

Spent our last evening in San Antonio here and so glad we did. Delightful family owners that provide a special meal for the price. You cannot go wrong with any of the combo meals for multiple people. And the Sour Soup drink, no idea what it was but loved it.

Sat out on the patio on a nice Saturday afternoon and it was just great. Amazing hospitality from a family who appreciate thier customers. We got the 1-2 person platter and stuffed ourselves with traditional cooking. Highly recommend you come for the meats!
