I was looking for a bite to eat in the area and I was drawn to this place by the delicious smell from outside. I was greeted when I walked in the door. The restataunt offers several Venezuelan staples, from empanadas to arepas. I decided on the empanada combo. I choose one beef and one chicken and cheese. It comes with a side (I chose cheese tequenos) a sauce, and a canned drink. My food came out hot and fresh. The beef empanada was hearty, juicy, and filling. It paired up extremely well with the cilantro sauce. The chicken and cheese empanada was also very tasty, the melted cheese and chicken were really great. The cheese taquenos were also really great. I really like the batter that the empanadas are fried in. It's crispy and fluffy and has a hint of sweetness that works well with the savory meat. The cost was reasonable, and there was ample clean seating with a lot of really nice artwork. If you're looking for a quick hot bite to eat around Blick Art Supply, give this place a try!

Amazing Experience – Super Clean and Delicious! 😋 I’m truly impressed with how incredibly clean this restaurant is, especially in all the food areas. It makes the whole experience feel even better. The food tastes amazing, and every dish was full of flavor. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, which made me enjoy my visit even more. Absolutely in love with this place — 10 out of 10!

I really enjoyed my meal, it was seasoned well and tasted authentic, the fried plantains were delicious and the person who took my order was friendly. Very glad I walked near this place while looking for somewhere to eat my first day visiting.

Absolute gem - super filling, tasty, and nutritious. I would eat here every day if I could. We got the pabello Criollo bowl and chicken and cheese empanada. Both were stellar

I never had Venezuelan food but this spot put me on. Vegan option was great and the vibe was nice. If I wasn’t just visiting I’d come back more 🔥
