I get tired of the same old, same old off 183, so I Googled "restaurants near me", and 'tu pepito' got my attention with their gaudy 4.7 rating. I will tell you this: it should be 5.0! I was pleased that it was opposite of me in the Anderson Arbor Shopping Center off the northbound service road. I have had many foot and heel surgeries in the past 17 months, and I don't like going too far, for too long, while still recovering. I met Maria when I entered Tu pepito, and she introduced me to several items that were a good starting point on my first time trying Venezuelan cuisine. Everything was freshly made, absolutely delicious, and the customer service is world class! Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Maria sent me home with some complimentary Churros for dessert. Thank you Maria and Tu pepito, I can't wait to come back!

A great new Venezuelan place in Northwest Austin… Tu Pepito… a Papito is a Venezuelan sandwich/flatbread. So amazingly flavorful. I had a steak and chicken mix, and it was so completely flavorful and rich! They had quite a few sauces, but the garlic sauce and the bacon sauce… yes bacon sauce, really stood out for me! The staff was super nice and helpful explaining all the options and the flavors you can get. It was really nice having a beer and relaxing over some fantastic flavors including the truffle Parmesan fries. Those Pepitos are surprisingly filling… the great part is I can bring half of it home and have it later this evening. This is definitely gonna be a regular weekly hang out for me and the family. Stop by and check them out you won’t regret it!

I am ready to go back and try more. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The garlic sauce and hot sauce were my favorites. The Cachapa tasted like fresh corn. The beef was very tender and so was the chicken.

The food is delicious and really fresh! The place is really clean. The sauce are delicious especially the bacon sauce!! Will definitely be back.

I was really excited to try this place for the last couple weeks I heard from some friends and instagram ads The day arrive and I’ll say since was a Monday I’ll believe the place was totally empty but the kindly service changed my opinion of not walking around in that moment By their suggestion I order the “Tu pepito” and honestly was a variety of flavors and you can make it even better with their homemade sauces which are really tasty too The only concern was my drink probably a accidental I found a small mosquito inside my drink I asked to replaced for another flavor both flavors were good I’m hopping I can visit again and try something else, overall I had a decent experience.
