Overflowing with delicious flavor and more than reasonable prices. It beats many hot dog stands that claim to be cheap and offer new flavors; in my opinion, the best in Buenos Aires! A hidden gem in the city center, a small kiosk and a real treasure!

If you’re wandering around Microcentro and suddenly crave a hot dog that looks like it went through Latin America’s Got Talent, La Bodeguita (Viamonte 673) is the place. The setup is simple but oddly charming: a long wooden counter facing a fake jungle wall, a row of sauce bottles standing like soldiers ready for battle, and stools that practically whisper “you’re about to inhale this hot dog in 3 minutes.” I tried the Perro Venezolano, and honestly it’s the kind of hot dog that makes you stop mid-chew and question why you’ve been eating boring food your whole life. Loaded with papas pay, cheese, onions, sauces — pure, glorious chaos. The Pancho Alemán also slaps for the price (and the price is VERY friendly). Service is casual, fast, and exactly what you want from a spot like this. You order, you sauce, you eat, you leave happy. No complications. Overall: Great prices, big flavor, perfect quick stop. It’s the kind of place where you say “ok I’ll just get one,” and then five minutes later you’re debating if getting a second one counts as a crime.
