The place is small but cozy, with a nice atmosphere, clean bathrooms, and good service. There was only one waitress serving all the tables, but she was still very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and fresh. We ordered pork rind arepitas with cheese as a starter, which were delicious. We ordered a "pichanga" (a traditional Mexican dish) and a "patacón mixto" (a mixed plantain). The meats were well-seasoned and cooked, and the fries were fresh and crispy. Dessert was a brownie with double-cut ice cream, which was spectacular. I had read some reviews that the music was loud; in my opinion, that wasn't the case; the volume was pleasant and the music was good. I had also read that they required a tip, but I must say it was completely irrelevant. When paying the bill, the waitress asked if you wanted to add a tip. The prices aren't that affordable, but in my opinion, the food is very good; it tastes fresh, and the portion is larger than any other place I've eaten in my eight years of living in Concepción. I totally recommend it and I hope they continue to provide excellent service because I would definitely come back!
