Wow!! If anyone knows about my reviews they sure know I don't sugar coat. I give credit where credit is due and this restaurant, Un Pollo, definitely deserves the 5 Stars. It all started with the great atmosphere. There's a "para gustos se hicieron colores" type atmosphere here. Meaning it's great for all types of folks and likes. Then we go to the counter where we met Rosa. Her welcoming smile, great attitude, and attention were EXCEPTIONAL! We did have to wait a while before our beeper went off to p/u our order (which was so worth the wait)!!! Oh my goodness, the cachapa w/picanha steak was absolutely delicious!! The cachaba, cheese, and the meat wow!! I applaud the chef! The meat was cooked to perfection. Tender, juicy, tasty, incredibly exquisite. My daughter already picked this place as a must return on our list. Keep in mind prices are not cheap but it's well worth every dollar invested. Plus for the money you're getring a good portion of meat. As I always tell my kids, "It's ok to send it back," but here you won't have a problem with that.

The food here blew our minds. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious!! We got the multi-meat platter for two and it was more than enough food. We were stuffed after eating. He ended up taking what little was left; home. When I visit Florida again soon; I definitely will add this place to my list.

Great experience at Un Pollo Restaurant. Rosita provided excellent service—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. She really made us feel welcome. Food was served promptly and the overall experience was very pleasant. Will definitely be back.

The chicken was AMAZING! The juiciest most delicious chicken I’ve ever tasted! The plantains were 5 star!!! Rosa was super attentive and helpful! She made our experience even better! We will be back for sure!
