We had a great experience at Arepa Bar & Healthy Bistro. The food was fresh, authentic, and full of flavour. The pabellón was a real highlight — beautifully cooked, well balanced, and incredibly satisfying. We also loved the cachapas con queso de mano, which were absolutely delicious: perfectly sweet, soft, and paired brilliantly with the cheese. The menu feels both comforting and healthy, and everything tasted homemade and thoughtfully prepared. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere made it even better. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Miami.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the cachapa with shredded beef, and it was perfection. The cachapa was soft, slightly sweet, and perfectly cooked, just like an authentic Venezuelan one. The carne mechada was juicy, flavorful, and generously served, pairing beautifully with the cachapa. You can truly taste the homemade quality and love in every bite. Portions are filling, presentation is great, and the flavors are comforting and unforgettable. If you’re looking for real Venezuelan food made with heart, Dale Arepa is a must. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very impressed by this little random restaurant that we decided to try on a weekend afternoon. We are big fans of arepas and were not wanting to wait in the line that doggis usually has so we drove 2 mins down the street and discovered this place. Their tequenos were delicious!! And the arepa pabellon, was suburb and super authentic. A lot more flavorful than expected and the beef was super tender. We will definitely be coming back to try some other items on the menu that sounded great!

⸻ We were visiting a friend in Miami and wanted to try some authentic Venezuelan arepas. We found Dale Arepa Bar & Healthy Bistro and it exceeded every expectation. We ordered the cachapa pabellón, and it was absolutely out of this world. We also tried the tequeños, which were recommended by Gaston, delicious and perfectly made. Great flavors, great service, and a spot we’ll definitely return to whenever we’re in Miami.

The best thing arepas I've ever eaten in my life! Spectacular! It's a simple place, but the food and service are impeccable, and the natural juices are delicious too. 10/10!
