This joint was newly opened at a location I drive by often and decided to stop because the smell of meat drew me in, not gonna lie. It’s a small yard with a few food trucks but I’m a carnivore and meat was in my mind. Let me start by saying the service is top notch. They had a young man as a waiter and he was very attentive and making sure all tables were clean and all trash was out of site. All 5 or 6 tables in that area were full and everyone was taken care of. I opted for a “parrillita” which consisted of grilled chicken, sausage, pork and picanha with a base of yuca and a side of a cold coleslaw salad. Now the waitress said it was small so I ordered two for me and my companion but when they came out these “small” paper plates were not that small. We weren’t too hungry but it was still a very good portion for the price and very filling. I’m not much of a yuca(cassava) lover but this one was different. It was very flavorful and cooked to perfection…not too hard, not too soggy. It comes with a sort of mojito or garlic sauce as well as a garlic sauce, if I’m not mistaken. The salad was also a nice touch. Now for the “Pièce de résistance” aka the “meats”I was super impressed. Most of these food trucks are either stingy with portions or lack flavor but not this little joint. You definitely get your money’s worth with the portion size without sacrificing taste. Meats were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor so they’re doing some magic back there in that tiny kitchen. I got super full with the so called “small” parrillada and was mostly impressed with the quality and flavor of the meat and really good side dishes. I will coming back to try a few other items on the menu and needless to say…recommend this spot to you all. A solid 10/10 for me.

Mi Parrillita is my go-to spot for great grilled meat! The food’s always tasty and cooked just right. The people here are super nice and make you feel welcome every time. Chill vibe, good prices, and awesome food — can’t go wrong with this place!

Wow this is the real deal on PARRILLA not bbq, the best quality on ingredients and perfect cooking I recommend this food truck so much!! The mix parrilla is a must!! And tequeños were FIRE!!! 100% recommend the place
