I came to this place first thing in the morning to try the empanadas, and I have to say that, so far, they've been the best Venezuelan empanadas I've had in Lima, only 4 soles each. A good size (two are plenty), the dough is crispy and slightly sweet, and there's plenty of filling, well-seasoned and flavorful (the garlic and hot sauce is a must). There's a variety, and freshly made ones are amazing. I recommend them with a papelón con limón (a drink made with raw cane sugar and lemonade) or Malta (a Venezuelan malt beverage). They also have arepas with whatever you want, and I imagine their evening menu is hamburgers and wraps. It's a small but busy place, and they deliver (I don't know the exact delivery area, but I think it's the surrounding neighborhood). More dishes and prices are in the photos.

Best experience in Lima for a homey Cafe. I felt welcomed and greeted with not only great customer service but also great Venezuelan food! I travel alot and I have lived in peru for more than 4 years, trust me, it's good! Not only that buts it's clean and easy to find/ access!

If you like arepas, fried empanadas filled with shredded beef, chicken, sausage and cheese, or a rib soup, this is the place. I'd add hot dogs to their menu...the shredded beef empanada is the best.
