Today I visited Sabores de la Guaira... An excellent young woman served me. I asked if they were open, and she said yes. I told her I wanted empanadas, and she very kindly offered me the different flavors and combinations they have. I ordered two empanadas, which I must say were spectacular—excellent seasoning, a good size, and perfectly cooked. The only issue was a gentleman who came in without even a greeting, and from what I understand, he's part of the management. He had an extremely overbearing attitude; I heard him call me Máximo. He was quite arrogant and domineering. I ignored him, though, because I was really enjoying the food. I don't usually go to places like this, but it was recommended to me since I got my hair cut at the barbershop around the corner, and they gave me a good recommendation. Unfortunately, the girl had to run some errands, I assume, and I was left alone with this gentleman. He gave me a challenging look, as if he wanted me to leave. Luckily, I was almost finished, so I paid him and politely asked if he could tell me where the restroom was. He didn't even look me in the eye; he just gestured. When I came out of the restroom, the change was on the table... not even a "thank you for coming, come again." Terrible service. I repeat, his name is Maximo. For the good of the place, don't leave him in charge because he'll drive away all your customers. Another point to note is that a little heating wouldn't hurt in winter. I want to emphasize that the food and the service from the girl at the counter (whose name I don't know) were completely attentive and pleasant. Would I return? Yes.

I stopped by for takeout. I really liked the service and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant, the place is small but very convenient. They have a QR code to view the menu and an app to place orders. Payment options are cash or bank transfer.

Delicious and amazing service! Such wonderful people to have a chat with. Extremely accepting of not spanish, and will try to understand as best they can. Brilliant!
