This is what the plate looked like after such a delicious meal. Without a doubt, the best cachapas in Santiago. Hearty portions at an unbeatable price. That famous "number 70" that claims to be the best is a joke! The best are Cachapas Maracay, folks. Oh, and don't even get me started on the papelón—not some cheap sugar syrup, it's real papelón.

1000% recommended Everything was delicious, the food was incredible, the service was wonderful, especially the waitress Melisa, who was very attentive at all times. I highly recommend visiting this new location in Providencia; it's spacious and very nice.

Yesterday, my husband and I went to eat at this place. The food was very good, especially the pork and chicharrón, which were cooked to perfection, and the cachaba (a type of fish) was delicious! 😋 The waitress was super friendly and attentive. The place is small. The only thing they could do is install a double-glazed window since it's small and gets a lot of sun. The air conditioning doesn't cool things down very well, and it gets uncomfortable to eat there after a while because of the heat. That's my suggestion; otherwise, everything was delicious! I would definitely go back in the winter!

I went to Cachapas Maracay (Santiago Centro). The place is quite small but cozy, the service is prompt, and the food is good and cheap. We ordered a cachapa for 4990, but I realized that it's only available for takeout (I think they should clarify that in their advertising). The cheapest cachapa actually costs 7000, which I still thought was a bargain. My wife ordered a mixed grill for 12,000, and in total, with drinks and everything, we paid 27,000. If you want to eat cheaply, with authentic Venezuelan flavor, and it's delicious, it's a good option.

Delicious food, good service but very expensive, unbelievable! For example, a pitcher of papelón juice is 9,000. I would go back on a Saturday or Sunday for their soups; they say they're good and cost 7,000.
